Reading the exact wording of the eligibility clause matters more than matching the category label on this page.
Some recruiters accept an "equivalent qualification" even when it isn't named exactly in the notification, provided the equivalence is officially recognised by UGC, AICTE, or the relevant state board — this is common for older degree nomenclature or state-specific diploma programs. When your exact qualification isn't listed in a notification, check for this clause before assuming you're ineligible.
