AVP II roles – Graduation + PG Degree/Diploma (min.1 yr) OR CA/CMA/CFA (Product Manager role may require Two-Year Full-Time MBA/PGDM in Finance). AVP I roles – Graduation (any discipline) or Graduation + PG Degree/Diploma (min.1 yr) OR CA/CMA/CFA for certain credit roles. Qualifications must be from Government of India recognized institutions (AICTE approved).
