If you hold a National Trade Certificate in Carpentry, Welding, or Fitting—the three largest trades with 260–90 vacancies each—your chances improve due to higher quotas. MLT candidates must have completed Standard XII with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects; this differs from the general trade requirement of Standard X. • Photograph/signature upload failures: Photos with dark backgrounds, sunglasses, or incorrect dimensions (not 35 mm × 45 mm) are rejected. Signatures must be original (not printed or photocopy-scanned). Blurry or illegible uploads result in automatic rejection.
• Incomplete document uploads: Submitting only one side of a certificate or a marksheet without the certificate. ICF requires both the marksheet AND final certificate for Standard X/XII.
