Sikkim, India's smallest state by population, has a compact government recruitment structure managed by the Sikkim Public Service Commission (SPSC) and the Sikkim Staff Selection Board (SSSB). ST (Sikkimese) candidates have significant reservation in state posts. Nepali, Sikkimese (Bhutia-Lepcha), and Limboo-Tamang are among the official state languages.
