The UT Administration (headquartered in Daman) manages recruitment for Group C and D posts across all three territories through respective district administrations. There is no separate PSC; UPSC's AGMUT cadre provides Group A officers. The UT has a relatively small government workforce but significant industrial employment through the Dadra & Nagar Haveli Industrial Area, which hosts hundreds of textile and pharmaceutical factories.
