The approximate basic pay for Pharmacists and Dental Hygienists is ₹36,500 per month. In addition to the basic pay, candidates are eligible for House Rent Allowance (HRA), Dearness Allowance (DA), and Travel Allowance (TA) based on their posting in metropolitan or non-metropolitan cities, leading to an approximate in-hand salary that could vary between ₹27,000 to ₹40,000 after deductions.

After a service period of 5-10 years, individuals may qualify for higher designations, which typically come with corresponding salary increments. For instance, a Pharmacist could advance to a Senior Pharmacist role, considerably increasing their responsibilities and pay scale.
